Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated July 3, 2026 · Hiltos LLC
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses PaperReady, operated by Hiltos LLC, and supplements our Terms of Service. You are responsible for what you print and do with the Service.
You may not use the Service to
- Produce or facilitate counterfeit, fraudulent, or forged labels, postage, packaging, tax stamps, seals, or documents.
- Print labels for the sale or shipment of illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or other items prohibited by law or by a carrier’s or marketplace’s terms.
- Falsify shipping information — sender, return address, contents, weight, or value — or otherwise evade carrier, customs, or postal requirements.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights, including printing trademarked or copyrighted material you are not authorized to use.
- Violate others’ privacy, or print personal data you do not have the right to use.
- Transmit malware, or attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users, or any system or network.
- Abuse the API — exceed published rate limits, circumvent metering, scrape, or resell or sublicense access without our written agreement (see Developer API Terms).
- Send unsolicited or high-volume spam labels, or use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice, and may cooperate with law enforcement. Nothing here obligates us to monitor the Service.
