Full batch PDFs support up to 100 roll labels or ten sheets per run; imports support up to 500 records. Choose the label dimensions and print at 100% / Actual size. PaperReady does not buy postage or provide enterprise label approval and compliance systems.

What can I print for free?
Individual manually entered designs and a PDF proof of up to five spreadsheet labels are free without an account. Pro adds complete batches and saved lists, with a 14-day trial for new accounts.
Can I use my existing printer?
Start with a PDF at the size of your stock and print through your usual PDF viewer. Direct output uses a compatible operating-system driver and the Print Bridge. Check the platform requirements and test a physical proof.
Does it work with Excel and Google Sheets?
Import .xlsx or CSV files, or paste rows with a header. Export Google Sheets to CSV first. There is no live synchronization with your spreadsheet.
