Free label printing software that prints at true size

Install the free Print Bridge agent, point it at the printers you already own, and print. Unlimited labels, no per-print charge, any brand.

A lot of "free" label tools stay free only until you print in volume, or they tie you to one hardware brand, or they push a 4x6 label through the browser dialog and shrink it onto a letter page. PaperReady takes a different route. The free tier gives you one workstation, unlimited prints, and 7 days of history, and prints are never counted or gated. The web app hands each label to a local agent that already knows about the USB and network printers your operating system has detected, then sends the label at its exact dimensions, edge to edge. The label data stays on your machine.

Questions

Does the free plan have a print limit?
No. The free plan covers one workstation with unlimited prints and 7 days of history, no card required. Prints are never metered. The paid plans add workstations, batch printing, and full history, but nothing you print on the free tier is counted or capped.
Will it work with the label printer I already own?
If your operating system can see it, yes. The agent auto-detects USB and network printers, including Zebra, DYMO, Rollo, Brother, and MUNBYN, so a free plan doesn't mean a specific brand of hardware.
What actually gets installed, and where?
Just the Print Bridge agent, on the computer wired to your printer. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. You design and print from the web app, which sends the job to that local agent, so there's no desktop design suite to install.
My labels come out shrunk when I print from a browser. Does this fix that?
Yes, and that's the point of the agent. Browsers send jobs through the print dialog, which often scales a 4x6 down to fit a letter page. Print Bridge bypasses the dialog and sends the label at its true size, edge to edge.
