Questions

Is printing really unlimited on Free?
Yes. Labels print on your machine, not our servers, so printing costs us nothing. We never cap or meter it. Free is limited to one workstation and 7-day history, not to how many labels you print.
What counts as a “workstation”?
One computer running the Print Bridge. You’re billed per workstation, not per user. That matches how a packing bench or front desk actually works. Pro includes 3 (fixed); Business includes 6 and you can add more at $5/mo each.
Do I need a credit card to try Pro?
No. New workspaces start on a 14-day Pro trial with everything unlocked. Add a card only if you decide to keep it; otherwise you drop to Free automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal in one click. You move to Free and keep all your data. Full history unlocks again the moment you come back.
Is there an API?
Yes: a free local API for client-side printing, and a hosted, metered cloud API that prints from your backend at $0.01 per delivered print (keys, usage, and billing live in the developer console).
