Questions
How is PaperReady different from these tools?
It prints straight to your label printer at true size through a free local agent, with unlimited prints on a free tier and no per-label fees. Some of these tools only export a PDF, some meter every print, and some are locked to one printer brand. Each comparison lays out the specifics.
Is switching hard?
Usually not. Install the free Print Bridge, open the web app, and print to the printer you already have. There's a metered cloud API if you're replacing a developer tool.
Do you print directly, or just export a file?
Directly. PaperReady sends each label to your printer at true size with no PDF-export-then-reprint step, on Windows, Mac and Linux.
