Thermal printer software that drives the printer you already own

PaperReady finds your thermal printer, sends 4x6 labels at true size, and skips the browser print dialog. No per-label fees, no brand lock-in.

Most thermal printer software is welded to one manufacturer's hardware or bills you by the print. That falls apart the moment you have a Zebra on the bench, a Rollo at the pack station, and a DYMO on someone's desk. PaperReady works the other way around: a free Print Bridge agent runs on your computer, talks to every printer the operating system can see, and sends each one a label sized to the media it's holding. The web app queues the job, the agent prints it edge to edge, and the label data stays on your machine. Any brand, any print volume, one tool.

Questions

Does thermal printer software have to match my printer's brand?
Not with PaperReady. It prints through the operating system, so any thermal printer your computer already recognizes (Zebra, Rollo, DYMO, MUNBYN, Brother and others) works the same way. No brand-specific version to install, no hardware to buy.
Why do my 4x6 labels shrink without it?
A browser scales a 4x6 label to fit a letter page, so it prints small with wide margins. The Print Bridge agent sends the job to the printer at the media's true size instead, so the label fills a 4x6 roll edge to edge.
Can it run several thermal printers at once?
Yes. The agent detects every printer the OS can see, so a Zebra, a Rollo and a DYMO on the same computer are all available to print to. The paid plans add more workstations when the printers are spread across machines.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. The free plan covers one workstation with unlimited prints and 7-day history. New workspaces also get a 14-day Pro trial, no card required.
