Bulk barcode generator for printable labels

Turn a list of codes into label PDFs. Paste values or import Excel or CSV, choose a label size, and download a free proof of up to five labels.

From your spreadsheet to a barcode batch

  1. Paste one barcode value per line, or import a CSV / .xlsx with a header row. Keep barcode values as text to preserve zeros.
  2. For a spreadsheet, choose the barcode column, an optional description, and an optional quantity column. Quantities must be whole numbers from 0 to 500. Zero skips a record.
  3. Choose Code 128 for ordinary internal identifiers such as PR-001, or choose the barcode format required by your receiving system. The tool draws codes from your values; it does not issue retail product identifiers.
  4. Download the first five labels as a free PDF proof. Print at 100% / Actual size on matching stock and test with your own scanner.
  5. Open the batch workspace to select records and use Pro or a new-account trial for the complete run. Your rows, quantities and chosen label layout carry over in this browser tab.

What is free?

Input, preview and a PDF proof of up to five labels are free without an account. There is no watermark. Complete batches and saved lists are part of Pro, $12/month or an optional $120/year. New accounts get 14 days of Pro without a card. The workspace imports up to 500 records; one PDF supports up to 100 roll labels or ten sheets, with an additional size limit for large labels.

Does my spreadsheet leave the browser?

This tool reads and renders it in your browser. Opening the batch workspace transfers the data within this tab. Saving a list to your account is a separate action that uploads the rows and mapping. Analytics, when allowed, records actions such as an export, never the barcode values or spreadsheet contents.

Check the result before a production run

A valid value is only one part of a readable barcode. Stock, contrast, label size, printer scaling and the scanner all matter. Leave clear space around the code and scan a physical proof. PaperReady does not claim that every printer or scanner has been tested.

For address lists, use Excel to Avery labels. For custom text, logos and reusable layouts, open the barcode label designer.
