Print eBay Shipping Labels to a 4x6 Thermal Printer

eBay gives you a 4x6 shipping label, then your browser tries to fit it onto a letter page. PaperReady sends it to the thermal printer at full size instead.

  1. In eBay, open Orders, buy the shipping label, and download eBay's 4x6 label PDF.
  2. Install the free Print Bridge from /download/ (Windows, macOS, or Linux). It detects the thermal printer already connected over USB or the network.
  3. Open the web app at /app/ and drop in the eBay label PDF.
  4. Pick your 4x6 printer and print at true size, edge to edge. The tracking barcode stays sharp enough to scan on the first pass.
  5. Everything runs on your machine, so the label and its address never leave it.
PaperReady prints straight to your label printer at true size, with no PDF-export-then-reprint step, unlimited labels, and no per-label fees, on Zebra, DYMO, Rollo, Brother and MUNBYN across Windows, Mac and Linux.

Frequently asked

Why does my eBay label come out shrunk in the corner of a page?
The browser print dialog scales the 4x6 label to fit a letter sheet, so it lands small and off-center. PaperReady skips that dialog and prints the label at its real 4x6 size, edge to edge.
Does PaperReady connect to my eBay account?
No. It does not log into eBay or touch your orders. You buy the label in eBay as usual and hand PaperReady the label PDF to print. Nothing about your account or the address leaves your computer.
Can I print a whole day of eBay labels at once?
Yes, on Pro. Batch printing lets you queue a stack of eBay label PDFs and run them to one 4x6 printer. Prints are never metered on any plan, so there is no per-label fee whether you print two or two hundred.
