iDPRT Label Printer Software (Free)
The iDPRT SP410 is a good cheap 4×6 printer with fiddly software. PaperReady is the print step it should have shipped with.
The SP410 isn't quite plug-and-play: the generic driver your OS reaches for tends to print the label at stamp size in the corner of a phantom letter page, so iDPRT points you at its own driver plus HereLabel on the phone or Label Designer and BarTender on the desktop. Once iDPRT's driver is installed and your OS lists the SP410 (or the SP410BT, SP420, or the SP320 label maker) as a proper 4×6 printer, PaperReady takes it from there.
PaperReady prints to the SP410 at its real 4×6 size, edge to edge, so the barcode scans on the first beep. No BarTender to learn, no Label Designer, no fighting the scale setting. Drop in a shipping label from Etsy, eBay, Shopify, or a carrier PDF and it comes out full size every time.
Print to your iDPRT in four steps
- Install iDPRT's own driver so your OS lists the SP410 as a 4×6 label printer (the generic driver prints it too small).
- Install the free PaperReady Print Bridge for Windows, macOS, or Linux.
- Open the app; your iDPRT is detected as a 4×6 label printer.
- Load your shipping label and print at true size, edge to edge.
