Phomemo Label Printer Software (Free)

Phomemo makes two very different printers and three different apps to run them. PaperReady replaces the whole app maze with one that just prints, at true size, from your computer.

Phomemo's little label makers (the M110, M120 and M220) and its 4×6 shipping printers (the PM-241 and PM-246) each lean on a phone app: Print Master for the label makers, the Phomemo app for the pocket printers, Labelife for the shipping line. Pick the wrong one and nothing works, and Print Master now gates custom labels behind a paid subscription. Connected to a computer over USB, though, the M-series and the PM-series install as ordinary label printers, which is all PaperReady needs.

Plug the Phomemo into your computer and PaperReady detects it and prints at the label's real size: a small product label fills its stock, a 4×6 shipping label fills the 4×6, barcode sharp. No Print Master subscription, no guessing which of the three apps to open, no scaling a label onto a letter page. Design a barcode, a price tag, or a shipping label once and print it as many times as you like.

Works with: Phomemo M110 / M120 / M220 (mini label makers) · PM-241 / PM-246 (4×6 shipping). If your OS can see it, PaperReady can print to it: brand-agnostic, no per-label fee.

Print to your Phomemo in four steps

  1. Connect the Phomemo to your computer over USB (the M110, M120, M220, PM-241 or PM-246) and let your OS install it as a label printer.
  2. Install the free PaperReady Print Bridge for Windows, macOS, or Linux.
  3. Open the app; your Phomemo is auto-detected at its label size, whether that's a small product roll or a 4×6.
  4. Lay out your label and print at true size, with no phone app and no subscription.
Free and unlimited for one computer. Works on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Frequently asked

Which Phomemo models work with PaperReady?
The ones your computer sees as a printer over USB: the M110, M120 and M220 label makers and the PM-241 and PM-246 4×6 shipping printers. The Bluetooth-only pocket printers like the M02 or T02 only print from a phone, so those aren't a fit.
Do I still need Print Master or its subscription?
No. Print Master, the Phomemo app, and Labelife are Phomemo's own tools, and Print Master now charges a subscription for custom labels. PaperReady prints to the same printer from your computer, free on one machine, so you can skip all three.
Why does my Phomemo print the label too small?
Usually the label size set in the app doesn't match the roll, or a browser is scaling the label to fit letter paper. PaperReady prints at the printer's real label size instead, so a small product label or a 4×6 fills its stock.
