Polono Label Printer Software (Free)

Polono even has a support page titled "Why does my label come out small?" PaperReady is the answer: it prints the 4×6 at full size, no fiddling.

The Polono PL60 and its siblings the PL70e and PL80E are popular budget 4×6 printers, and Polono's own help pages walk you through changing the paper size to 4×6 and picking "Fit to paper" so the label stops printing small, because the marketplace PDF is a letter-size page being scaled down. That is the exact problem PaperReady removes. Polono installs as a standard printer on Windows, Mac, and Linux, which is all PaperReady needs.

PaperReady detects your Polono and prints at the label's real 4×6 size, edge to edge, so you never touch a scale setting or open the Labelnize app. Load a shipping label from any marketplace or carrier and it comes out full size with a scannable barcode, on whichever operating system you run.

Works with: Polono PL60 / PL70e-BT / PL80E (4×6 shipping) · P31S (mini label maker). If your OS can see it, PaperReady can print to it: brand-agnostic, no per-label fee.

Print to your Polono in four steps

  1. Connect your Polono over USB (PL60) or pair it over Bluetooth (PL70e-BT, PL80E) and let your OS install it.
  2. Install the free PaperReady Print Bridge for Windows, macOS, or Linux.
  3. Open the app; your Polono is detected as a 4×6 label printer.
  4. Load your label and print at true size, with no fit-to-page step.
Free and unlimited for one computer. Works on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Frequently asked

Why does my Polono label come out small?
The shipping PDF is a letter-size page, and printing it onto 4×6 stock scales it down. Polono's own docs have you change the paper size and choose fit-to-paper; PaperReady simply prints at the real 4×6 size, so there is nothing to adjust.
Do I need the Labelnize app?
No. Labelnize is Polono's own design app. Once your OS has installed the Polono, PaperReady detects it and prints without Labelnize, free on one computer.
Does Polono work on a Mac or Linux with PaperReady?
Yes. Polono publishes Windows, Mac, and Linux drivers, and PaperReady's Print Bridge runs on all three, so the PL60 or PL70e prints at true size on whichever you use.
